  • Please provide a complete and accurate description of your logo, including any words that may appear in the logo. An example of a description is: ‘a red cat wrapped around a blue outline of a globe’. Leave out the colors if you want to protect your logo in all colors
  • Identify the owner of the trademark. This is the person or organization who will be the owner of record. If you choose individuals, you can enter as many names as you want who own the mark. With an organization, you will have to identify someone to be the person of contact for the organization.
Please Select the How many owners you want to add
  • Trademark Classification

Start describing the goods are services related to your mark. Trademark Engine compares the description you provide and automatically provides descriptions from the USPTO ID Manual for your consideration. According to the USPTO, the ID Manual “lists identifications of goods and services and their respective classifications that the USPTO examining attorneys will accept without further inquiry if the specimens of record support the identification and classification. The listing is not exhaustive, but is intended to serve as a guide to both examining attorneys in acting on applications and to filers in preparing applications. Using language directly from the ID Manual helps avoid objections by examining attorneys concerning ‘indefinite’ identifications of goods or services.” You can choose to accept the automatically generated suggestion or choose your own freestyle description. If you don’t like any of the suggestions, click “Don’t like what you see” to provide a freestyle description and class selection. Please note, if you use the freestyle form, Trademark Engine will help you prepare an application using the exact language and class that you provide.

Experience matters and our attorneys are committed to helping innovators patent their inventions,
protect their ideas and achieve, meaningful protection so they can profit from them.
