Zac Davis is a litigation attorney at the firm. Zac graduated Cum Laude from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2022 where he sat on the Law Review Executive Board as Notes and Comments Editor assisting member-candidates in drafting their Comments. Additionally, he competed in the Georgetown Law Center’s White Collar Mock Trial Competition for the law school’s Trial Team where the team finished in the top four. While in school, Zac focused his studies on intellectual property and received the Intellectual Property and Cyberlaw Certificate. After graduation, Zac began his career in homeowner’s insurance defense where he honed his skills arguing hearings, taking and defending depositions, and securing settlements to ensure valid claims received everything they needed.

Zac grew up in Marianna, Florida and later moved to Tallahassee to pursue his degree in Political Science at Florida State University. While there, he focused heavily on public policy, legislation, and the inner workings of Florida state government and the Legislature. As an intellectual-property attorney, Zac now focuses on clients in the esports, entertainment, and business sphere to ensure their brands and livelihood are fully protected.
